Summer Stir Fry


-Use 1 lb of pre-cooked shrimp, 
-a bag of instant rice, 
-chop some veggies such as asparagus and sweet peppers


1. Cook with veggies in a pan until veggies are cooked all the way through. 
2. Add rice and shrimp to the pan
3. Add a splash of sherry cooking wine and some soy sauce and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes- add some salt and pepper for flavor!
