Pan-Seared Lamb Chops


  • Lamb "Lollipops" 
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Fresh Minced Garlic (3-4 Cloves)
  • Freshly Chopped Rosemary (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Splash of Red Wine 
  • Sprinkle of Olive Oil 
  • Tab of Butter 
  • 1/2 of a Lemon - squeezed 


  1.  Salt and Pepper both sides of the Lamb Chop.

  2. Rub the minced garlic and rosemary into the Lamb Chops so that it sticks to the meat.  

  3. Meanwhile, add olive oil and a dash of butter to a frying pan and make sure the pan is on high heat. 

  4. Add lamb chops to the pan and cook for 2 ½ -3 minutes on each side.  

  5. Add a splash of red wine and a lemon squeeze to the pan to add some flavor. 

  6. Plate and serve!
