Old Bay Fries


  • 2 Russet Potatoes 
  • Sprinkle of Olive Oil 
  • Salt/Pepper 
  • Sprinkle of Old Bay (generous)


  1. Wash and Slice the Russet Potatoes. Make sure that the slices are no thicker than  1/4". 
  2. Place in a mixing bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil, and generously season the potatoes with the old bay seasoning. 
  3. Add some salt and pepper too for extra flavor. 
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees. 
  5. Make sure to pair with ketchup!! 

Serve and eat!
