- 2 Russet Potatoes
- Sprinkle of Olive Oil
- Sprinkle of Old Bay (generous)
- Wash and Slice the Russet Potatoes. Make sure that the slices are no thicker than 1/4".
- Place in a mixing bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil, and generously season the potatoes with the old bay seasoning.
- Add some salt and pepper too for extra flavor.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Make sure to pair with ketchup!!
