Mango Shrimp Tacos


1 lb of cookied shrimp  (This will serve about 4 people)

Corn Tortillas- I used Guerra brand which is gluten free



Shredded Cabbage (the kind you can buy already presliced in the bag at the grocery store)

Green Salsa (any brand works)


Salt and Pepper

Sweet Peppers

Graded Cheese



1. Cut shrimp into halfs and place in bowl

2. Pour about ½ a cup of green salsa onto shrimp—you can add cilantro if you want to this which will make it even more delicious

3. Squeeze half of a lime in bowl and mix together

4. Throw shrimp in a sauté pan to warm up shrimp then put aside

5. Slice mangos into small cubes

6. Slice advocados into small cubes

7. Slice the Sweet Pepper into thin strips and sauté on stove top until the peppers are cooked all the way through—add some olive oil and salt and pepper for flavor

8. Warm up tortillas in microwave for about 15 seconds

9. Place tortilla on plate then add a little cabbage and then add shrimp and add as many toppings as you like (mango, peppers, cheese, tomatoes, avocados - go wild)
